As much as we all complain about the layoff situation, Tom handled himself well on this last town hall.
He was genuine and professional with everyone, and was even upfront that we should all be constantly developing new skills in order to stay current.
America is in the trouble we are because of greedy, self serving people like TW. People used to care about others and having a good community and a good reputation. Now it’s all me, me, me and how can i make more money than a person could use in 2 lifetimes.

You can’t be serious. Is this Mrs. Tom Wilson?? The top 5 executives for Allstate make nearly 50-million dollars in compensation. Wilson alone 16-million. They care about one thing... their nest egg. Eliminating 3,800 US jobs, shipping jobs to India, he himself.... taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal bonuses resulting from these firings. He’s the ugliness of corporate America greed... there are NO REDEEMING qualities in this man.
