So I’m comin in after AT&T laid me off. I habe 8+yrs experience. I’m told the position is $12/hr. Part time for 3 months at 25hrs. Then commission only after 3 months. Is that accurate in Florida?

You were hired by a TPR location, not a corporate store. Corporate is hourly + commission.
Sounds like you got hired a sh–ty TPR as well.
They said it would be PT to start then moved to Mobile Expert and FT after 3 months.
I’m not gonna take the job. It’s a real slap in the face compared to what I know and my skill set.
Retail is dead. I’ll just go elsewhere.
This is not corporate structure. Sounds like he got hired by a TPR which is not corporate T-Mobile.
