This is how Block Scheduling was sold to us.... "Our associates have spoken, and we have listened. You want consistency in your work schedule". Then, about two weeks later, they added..... "except for the best people we have (in my club, Fresh Leads), screw them". This is why I'm no longer a Fresh Lead, and never been happier. Woohooo. Blessing in disguise.

Managers make more money. Managers get more responsibility. So managers need to be available. If you got a pay raise to $20-$22 an hour and you thought the company wouldnt expect more from you then you are incredibly naive. I will agree though that they shouldnt have rolled out the first schedule and changed it 2 weeks later. That was a bad look.
corporate doesn't listen to anything anyone at club level has to say. so that is hogwash about block scheduling. this was just way for them to have some kind of control over your life. corporate office is made up of wicked individuals.
There's one person in my whole entire club out of like 300 associates that stl get every single day and sun off. How fair is that?????
