Verizon sees value in physical retail or they would have take full advantage of the pandemic and just shutdown corporate retail

Direct locations make more profit for the company because they don’t have to share a percentage. Well that was before they went to team commission and store profits plummeted. All metrics are way down in comparison to indirect locations ...why is that ? Before commission changed it would not be uncommon for a couple of 3-4 line ports close each day. Honestly I’ve become lazy like most and don’t want to waste my breath talking about promos and costs if I don’t have to. Most of the time I mention that activation fees are waived online and they could save a few hundred between that and promos. Yeah I get that Verizon still ends up getting the lines but no profit on accessories not sold.

I don’t believe it. I refuse to prime my resume or gain experience at new things. I’m a DM in KC and I plan on staying put. So what if Verizon has a bigger Managerial workforce than frontline as long as I’m getting paid.

Besides, my childhood dream was telling people to put on screen protectors and do SIM card changes. The complexity is unparalleled.
