So the new director took over after Louise Sherman’s abrupt “retirement” and he promised the buck stopped with him. Really David? Does it? Nothing has changed since you took over. Same c-appy leads doing the same c-appy job all while the location can’t manage to meet goal yet this year. Could it be because you keep putting them on phones instead of actually allowing them to be analyst and complete files. Why not actually hire the phone people to support phones? Quality is in the toilet too as a site. People cannot be expected to perform the jobs of multiple people and maintain production and quality. The excuse from management is always that we have too many lazy analysts. Doesn’t that just put the finger back on management? Management doesn’t know how to properly manage. THATS THE ISSUE! Stop throwing sh– at the wall expecting it to magically work.

If you’re going to leave, try to go to another sector. Place financial institutions behind, go to housing, medical, true tech companies, security focused companies etc...... A true change of pace. Some who leave go right to another bank and are no happier.
The grass isnt always greener can be said about a lot of things, however, I know many who are glad they left for better management and more money.
There are a lot of people who left that want to come back so grass is not always greener.
I was so glad to get my severance package one year ago. Citi is a sh–hole company. They are corrupt and treat good workers like sh–. They let me go because of my age and tenure. Screw them. I am glad I am rid of them and their b—s—. I work at home now, and glad to be done with their corrupt a–. SCREW CITI
Place is a sht show. I was in the original AML group and went through the transition of being an analyst to phone agent, lol.
Louise was horrible. Her advice during a town hall was to say the serenity prayer, anyone remember that?
Then the promotions...Amanda K and Katie H with zero experience. Both stole others work and ideas.
I left shortly before everyone was forced to be on the phones.
Went to another bank, doing the same job, making $30k more a year. Within 6 months was managing a team of 15 analysts, and another $10k raise. Managing, not threatening people about production numbers.
Citi has their own AML “process” which is so far off from the govt requirements. 75% of their process is for “in house” purposes and is not required.
