Colleagues, in these uncertain times, how do you manage to still deliver what is expected from you? I find it more and more difficult to concentrate on the tasks I should do!

To answer more literally - by excessively making to-do lists / having a personal kan ban to help me remember where I was since I can't focus/remember anymore.
I am certainly feeling more pressure, working more hours, than in the past decade. I am sure the die has already been cast, but not willing to take any chances.
It depends what you think BP expects from you after it has told you it may fire you however well you perform. I would imagine a company like that would have realistic expectations.
