Does anyone know what's the deal with the extra bwt officers that came from merchant services?. Are their jobs permant or temporary?...if it's temporary how long does boa keep temporary employees around?

That's an interesting change! At one point I had 3 managers for my 4 man team, all actively making their contributions - it was a nightmare to get anything done.
Doubt they will be permanent, bank is doing everything possible to not add too many new positions, even seeing departments where a manager is now over 2 lines of business in order to not hire another person
18 months is one of the standard contract lengths.
