Thread regarding Fluor Corp. layoffs

This place needs a top to bottom overhaul

Is there anything that isn't wrong with this place? I can't think of one thing. Constant layoffs big and small, incompetent leadership, good for nothing managers, nepotism, cronyism, wrong decisions being made constantly... This place needs a new ELT with a good strategy that can turn this place around. Otherwise, we are done.

close all the worldwide offices that are run by good for nothing personnel in New Delhi, Manila, Middle East, Netherlands, UK and hire experienced personnel from US. Lay off grand father, god father kids running some important departments and bring in real people who work with honesty and dedication and understand construction business. Sell Stork for zero value and those Directors, Managers who are interested in asset building for themselves and not helping fluor built the business should be fired. Wake up America !

And what better change than to name the flunkie who was deemed so bad - worse than the id–t Seaton - that Frat boy Seaton beat him for CEO years ago. Now this tool is named as Seaton’s replacement? What’s he gonna do, Trump Seaton’s dumb decision to get Lynn Swann on the board or directors, by hiring the Sasol id–ts and maybe getting Emmitt Smith on the board? This company has so many inoculated losers in leadership positions. So many good lives destroyed to protect incompetent leaders.

fluor made there bread and butter with mega projects for the Saudis back in the 80's, hopefully we get more projects like the Jubail Industrial City one and employ Americans to do the design phase and not outsource it off to phillipines. Fluor trying to compete globally was a huge failure, get out of china, get out of the mining industry, get out of the nuclear industry, get out of the military contract business. We "WERE" a construction and design company for refineries, petrochemical plants, oil pipelines and other facilities for the gas and oil industry. out sourcing are work didnt get us more projects to work on it made the executives rich is what it did.
