Not satirical, I'm interested to hear from anyone who is happy with their job and the direction from Allstate. What do you do and why are you currently satisfied with the company?
I used to be an overachiever and performance leader. I was willing to be optimistic about changes and new processes to look for the benefits. My job was saved but the mental anguish and the handling of all this has me exhausted and unable to support how the company has conducted themselves. I was a person who "bled blue" but there's no blood left for my heart to pump onto the floor, is there anyone left that is remaining positive?
