We have been load balancing other states for the past month. Now the rumor is our thresholds are going up to 6 claims a day for inside and 4 for field adjusters. Also, management is thinking that we will handle claims from every state in our zone. Any other property office hear that?

Word is they’re trying to force people out they just hired on. The really new people and people in training. Giving them near impossible standards to meet for even a seasoned adjuster, with almost no support. And then they’ll hire back the hundreds supervisors they just let go for pennies on the dollar in their place.
This is transformative growth in action, it’s only downhill from here.....
As far as I know, the inside property adjusters in my CSA have been averaging 6 claims a day for years.
They won’t cut salaries if you’re already making a certain amount . They’ll change the starting salaries and structure for getting raises

Do you know if it matters what CL level you are? Or is everyone going to get 6 or 4 depending on whether you are on the inside or not?
Property field adjusters will be handling 4 claims per day; inside adjusters will have 7 per day.
There will be salary cuts next year as well across all of claims
