Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Difference in leadership

Southwest Airlines CEO just announced he will not do layoffs. He also announced he will not take a salary through 2021 and that his executives will take a cut. This is leadership. Meanwhile Lance layed off loyal hard workers and dumped his stock before the earnings report came out.

Ok? So he’s working with the Union to save jobs. And he isn’t taking a base salary. He’s a leader. Lance is a loser. End of story.

Yeah the executives at Up didn’t sacrifice anything. Lance dumped his stock before earnings because he knew his team wasn’t going to produce.

To the people that think the executives were doing a noble thing by taking a pay cut, you better wake up. How much pay do you think they sacrificed? I know an article said there was a 25% pay cut, but it never said how that pay cut was applied. That pay cut was only to their base salary. The 25% loss was in fact made up with bonuses and other fancy fancy stock market shlt. They didn't lose much pay at all.

It is laughable to compare what UP did to the Southwest response. Reread the original post.

UP executives took a pay cut as a matter of fact it’s still in place till the end of the year.

Lance and Jimbo would not know how to be good leaders.....
Even with a book for dummies. No morals...no integrity...no backbones..
No nothing but greed and lies.

High leadership positions naturally funnel towards candidates that are narcissistic, egotistic, power hungry, greedy, sociopathic, and/or psychopathic. Sounds like Southwest Airlines CEO is an exception.
