My linkedin profile was recently viewed by CX talent Acquisition - what does this mean?...should i be concerened?

My profile was viewed several times before I wasLRd. so there may be some truth to the possibility that they check if you're looking for opportunities and add you to the LR list under the assumption that there's a chance that you'd leave unexpectedly if you weren't LRed
It means nothing other than your profile matching keywords a recruiter has been told to look for. Folks talking about being a LR target or showing a lack of loyalty are just talking nonsense. Some of the folks who took the ER package are being replaced by new hires, so recruiters are just doing their jobs.
They are scanning all employees to see if they set their profile to looking for new opportunities. If they see that, they know you want to leave. They can plan accordingly for the next LR and drastically reduce the severance. Its the same reason they post positions that don't exist. They see who applies, collect data, and determine if they can find equivalent resources for less money.
I don't think its a strike against you. I think it looks good. If you're still at Cisco and not looking for another job you might be considered complacent deadwood that knows they can't find another job outside Cisco.
Put a pin on your location if its usa or uk and your not in sales vr coming g your way. Got the bullet 2 years ago from a CEO that promised no job cuts. Mmmm . # number 1 employer where did that come from. Culture of bullying
if you have mentioned open to looking for work, and private to only recruiters cisco recruiters can see that. my linkedin is also spied upon, i am premium but hid that from external world
The nazis used a similar tactic to locate dissenters.
What signals that you are looking for work? If I accept some new connect requests will that count against me?

what does it mean when you say Express LR - i thought we were done for this year...
maybe just checking to see the verbiage for job descriptions for role similar to yours - I wouldnt read too much into this- you are talking about linkedin where nothing really matters
They want to see if you are "looking around for work". If you are, then they will put you on the express LR train since you don't have loyalty to Cisco.
