Why would anybody quit now? We are waiting for sizable layoffs most of us know are inevitable. A lot of us will be affected, but that also means a lot of us will walk away with at least some money for our trouble. If you quit now, you walk away with nothing. Why would you do that?

Well, the severance packagess that were presented in April were the absolute bare minimum. Literally not a single penny more over what Pembina was required to pay out - even for senior individuals. If you have a better job lined up, TAKE IT. Remember, you don't owe this company anything.
