Involuntary Layoffs (ILO's) - Updated Schedule for Year-End

Involuntary Layoffs (ILO's) initially slated for 10/16/20 were defered in October due to the 2nd Round of Voluntary Layoffs (VLO's) completed on 9/16/2020, which were in addition to the ILO's/WARNS given out on 9/18/2020.

Involuntary Layoffs (ILO's) are still scheduled, each before the Thanksgiving & Holiday breaks. Talent Review Meetings by 1st & 2nd Level managers are scheduled during the 1st weeks of November & December.

NOTE: 60-day Advance Notice of WARN's will be given to Boeing Employees on:
11/21/20 w/ last day on 01/22/2021
12/19/20 w/ last day on 02/19/2021

Talent Review Meetings by 1st & 2nd Level managers are completed 2-weeks prior to notice.
Your 1st level will informally notify you 2-3 days prior to the notice showing in the Worklife platform.

Hmm

This is good news, I hope Boeing plans more layoffs into 2021 for no other reason than to pump up the stock price. Just reading all these posts, Boeing apparently employs a lot of low life uneducated mo–ns, hopefully they all get laid off, it seems the min requirement to work at Boeing should be a 6th grade graduation certificate and the ability to write your name in crayon in big giant block letters that your obese pig faced mamma will proudly tape on the refrigerator door ..........

Also a 3rd round of VLO’s

They still had to submit the names by 10:16. I forget the exact date they have to notify them by but I believe it’s about three weeks later
