To the last poster, the leads are still around. They just have the title as captain instead of lead.

Where have YOU been? ALL the Lead jobs were ELIMINATED in August! They all lost their title and are now just colleagues.

WHY IS THE CEO STILL HERE? HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS (LONG BEFORE COVID) AND GETTING RID OF REALLY TALENTED PEOPLE. THE POOR "GRUNTS" IN THE STORE ARE LEFT TO PRODUCE MAGIC WITH NO TOOLS, NO GREAT MERCHANDISE. CREATIVITY AND FREE THINKING MUST BE NURTURED; THE WEBSITE MUST BE A COLLABORATION OF THE BEST MERCHANTS, BEST TECHIES WITH A POP OF FUN AND ENTERTAINMENT (IE A TIKTOK EMBED, CELEB LOOKALIKE, NAMING CONTESTS, YOUTUBE CLIPS, HOMETOWN HERO-OF-THE-DAY, COUCH POTATO STYLE, MY SCHOO, ETC.) -EVERYBODY LEFT HERE WOULD NEVER STICK THEIR NECK OUT- AND WHO COULD BLAME THEM.
