People might hold on in the short term due to current uncertainty in the job market. But if you don't think the smart people actually getting things done at crown are going to be looking for a new job to escape getting blind-sided by rolling waves of layoffs, you're sorely mistaken. Project managers, engineers, supervisors, etc. that operate at the level Crown used to recruit from don't sit on their hands and wait to get fired.

Get out while you can and there are still good jobs out there. The, reputation of this company is not improving any time soon and there are multiple investigations coming down the line, google it.
