This is a bad company to work for , patched together systems that don't work, crash , or are slow , burdened by metrics that are completely stupid, raises that are meaningless. I just checked there are hundreds of complaints against this company.
I am glad you quit and are happy , good for you !!
So the best fiserv has to offer you is to be fired ? 😂
Long-term OFS employees (10+ years). Commission-Eligible Salaried Employees. 24-month lookback + average. So 6 months of total comp (not just base). It's on the H/R intranet website. Look it up.
Good for them, certainly not the norm
How did they pull off 24 months severance?
Define awful. I know two people who received packages of $95K and $75K in 2Q 2020.
The severances now are awful. A year ago was the sweet spot. If you find a good gig, jump at it
You're crazy! Wait for the layoff and get the package!
