5 call ins tonight. No Managers helping out at all. Cafe was slow as heck. They had 2 call ins. Just sick of doing other peoples jobs due to lack of employees!

And here comes corporate docking us on mx voices for c-ap out of our control. Dot.com can't even get their sh!t straight.. they just send the members to the store so we can clean up their mess!
Pandemic or not it's always been this company's way to treat the employees this way. My team leader always me this company doesn't care about you ,they can replace you in an heartbeat , now doesn't getting told that motivate you to do your work let alone someone else's. Do your best then forget about the day go home and relax ,that's all you can do .
Managers are worthless they show up late leave early take a 2 hour lunch. but get mad at you because you want work 6 days. You do not see them working there off days or staying late your lucky if they come out of the office.
It’s like that in pretty much all of the clubs. Take care of yourselfs. This company has shown how reckless they are from the start of this pandemic. All they care about is the final numbers for the year. We are just bodies. If we quit, get sick or die, they will replace us like nothing happened. Only give 100% to your family and loved ones!!!
