Week of 22nd Jan – Will let everyone know where they fit in the structure.
The average Oracle Cloud Sales Rep is clueless and end up throwing the ball to the Cloud Architects who are overworked and under compensated. Frankly a lot of the hiring on the Sales side is racist. Most of the Sales Managers, GVPs are part of the old 'white boys' club and they end up hiring folks like themselves. Until this changes, I don't see things improving for Oracle and OCI in particular.

Lots of new layoffs coming before the end of calendar year and continuing into 2021. Buckle up!
Lay-off will stop when Oracle make real money on cloud and become top 3 cloud provider, which won’t happen soon or may never happen.
