Laying off thousands of people from all departments and TW telling the news it’s due to low claim count. I giggle with glee every time so see the THOUSNADS of claims rolling in with no one to work them! There is nothing they can do, there is nowhere for all this work to go! More more more I say! It brings such joy how poorly run this company is, it’s honestly hilarious to me at this point. What are they gonna do?? Sublet claiming handling to GEICO?? Lol. For years they have squeezing every ounce of work out of us but now they are overrun with demanding customers they have been billing for premium for years!! Time to pay up!! Best be keeping an eye out for the DOI!! They coming for you Allstate

They are hiring garbage employees. It’s shocking how bad our new hires have been recently... I remember when it was hard to get a job here.
Good luck filling those claims jobs too lol, you want all this experience and no relocation, who exactly do you think is going to fill these jobs?!! Demanding years of experience and no relocation?? There literally isn’t anyone that meets all your demands! Even then it takes 6 months of on boarding before they can take claims!! LULZ!
