Hard to know.
We know very little about newco
How much worse can it be than current IBM? It gets absorbed by one of the other established companies in outsourcing and infrastructure management? If you are thinking of a change, why not NewCo versus another employer? I say, go wherever makes sense for you to meet your goals. I understand the challenge is the unknown.
Speculate on the complete UNKNOWN. That is always fun and a great source of incorrect information! How was that?
