I’ve seen a lot of men work hard to get where they are but what do they get in return? They have been used, stepped on and discarded like yesterday’s trash. EM has lost its core values and Execs have forgotten that it is those same men who have helped this company become what it once was. From how it looks to me, there will be an endless cycle of layoffs until no one is left to care for what used to be a decent company.

And you can betcha women are/were effected by the latest change in ranking process and down sizing. Not just men.
