There's no motive to work harder or do well. If mediocrity is your life-long ambition, this is the place for you. Its a great place to be if you are one of the few at the top, kinda like feudalism. So if you want to be a serf, because there is zero chance of you rising up, come work at BNY Mellon. Oh and can't wait for the "Sensitivity Training" so Todd can try and reprogram you, what a company!
