Everyone in Phase 2 class gets a meeting because it would be obvious who is being fired just from invites. Upstream HC is trying to get all meetings Dec 1 to 3 according to our supervisor per her PM.

Everyone has to be told one way or the another. Therefore, there will be 1:1 meetings for all employees. If an entire group is safe, they may do a group meeting, but otherwise it will be 1:1s.
Why would people who are safe get “meetings” at all? If you get a strange Friday afternoon meeting pack your crate.

It’s up to the communicator to decide. If I had any I would wait so the individual gets that many more days on payroll in February as the day you inform them the 60 days starts.
I may also discreetly tell them if I could early but getting those leaving 2 extra weeks is all I can do I would hope it would be appreciated.
