If that’s how you feel and you’re still employed by Belk then why stick around?
one belk works if the executives intention is to run the store into the ground and then file chapter 11. then yes, it's a great system.
Belkers? unfortunately that's the nice thing I've been referred to since March. I've tried , through all of the One Belk change and morning rallies to be in that One Team mindset, but I've yet to get to that state of mind. I show up every day, and I know there is no customer service in Belk anymore; but I can't stop believing we don't at least care a little bit. Oh Well, so much for pipe dreams. I guess they win. I'll look at tendering my resignation and begin elsewhere
