I was convinced that I would not get laid off because I gave my best to this company and then the dismissal came so suddenly, that it was not humane. I cannot recall that there was any indication that it would happen. I don’t even have to describe the stress of being in a major financial ruin. Because of my bad experience, I want to warn everyone once again that there is no logic according to which layoffs will or will not happen and who will be affected. Always be prepared for the worst!

They had you fooled, lol... if you didn’t see the writing on the wall that’s your own fault. They try and butter all the employees up just to stab them in the back. F.t.r.r.
Found out many years ago after going above and beyond in my job that they do not give a c-ap about employees who do so! Matter of a fact I will never forget when I was a young employee that we had one of the first quarterly safety meetings offsite and some s—s were teaching. One older guy that usually stayed disgruntled along with others was confronted by one of these little peckers as to why. I will never forget that he asked them if they had ever been going to pet a dog and had it bite them? The guy said no, he then told the guy that he had and would not be dumb enough to try and pet it again. Just as he tried to be good to the company but had gotten bit by them! Thought it would be decades before seeing what has and is occurring with the dumping of employee, and can only think that they are on the fast track of doing away with union employees to a point that scab contractors eventually will be all they will utilize. Sad.
What on earth made you think giving your all to this company would save your job? You must be delusional management, but they don't cut management... Please enlighten us.
Its never about how nuch you do or give its always about their money..
