In the end. Everyone that did you dirty gets the axe. One thing I notice is all the corruption of higher ups is there days are numbers. A– kissers. Your days are numbered. I once had one of the nastiest managers I ever saw working at Macy’s. Stuff she did was Potentially lawsuit material higher ups loved her so she skated by even got manager of the year ! ( would you believe?). Got promoted after she was written up twice for Elder abuse of a older associate. Yet she seemed Invincible ! I learned she was let go back in June. Moral here is. It’s all gonna catch up to you at some point.

Yes, we have watched over the past few years as those management rock stars who thought they were invincible and part of the A team were kicked off the playground. So many thought of Macys as their religion. It will be even more satisfying when the head goat is lead out the door. He was responsible for putting so many of those awful leaders in power.
All of us will eventually be called to answer for how we treated each other. In the meantime, I have been gone for almost 3 years and have found It is important to remember to treasure each day and understand that what happens often will have positive consequences later on-even if that is tough to see now.
