Hell will freeze over before these get funded. With such limited CAPEX there are safer bets than investing in a banana republic or a terrorist hotspot.
Maybe if contract OCN’s (Philippine mostly) take control of operations.
OZ, UK and US expatriates are too whiny and expensive to make O&M a profitable venture.
Rovuma? Maybe on project before going to site near Palma would be enjoyable and productive. No way Moz gets security under control without EG style mercenaries paid for by Total, EM, Eni and partners.
PNG is a dog. Current government isn’t doing itself any favors making project even less economic. No way it is funded.
