Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Any word on raises or MIP for non-executive?

Has salary planning started? Looking for a true response and not the usual speculation and complaining this site typically gets as replies.
Also, I am not asking about executive bonuses, but instead about non- exec Band 4 employees who were passed several years ago with their salary at risk as a MIP based on individual and Honeywell performance.
Thanks.

Band 4 employees aren't your enemies, guys. They are just as subject to Honeywell anti-employee policy as anyone else that isn't an executive. No need to throw shade at someone who is concerned about their eroding benefits.

I'm pretty sure the MIP process ended last year, as I know several people who knew it was their last MIP that decided it was time to accept a VRIF.
