Thread regarding Best Buy layoffs

What happened to this place?

It seems like Best Buy is not the same company it was a year or two ago. I don't know if this is just my experience, but it seems like we went from being an employee oriented place to a complete opposite. Instead of teamwork, now we have employees looking for a way to stab each other in the back. Don't even get me started on management. What happened?

Sending away faithful employees and kicking us on the way out. Said so many changes but won't say anything about it. So how are employees part time or full time supposed to get by during a pandemic. They should have kept us layed off so we could at least been able to. Collect unemployment. Now no hours , no job and no unemployment...what a world..Merica

Our family has been with BBY for a long time now, I don't for a second believe the old GM would have given hazard pay or increased pay to $15 an hour.
