Thread regarding Optum layoffs

No RRP now possibly no Merits

First told to tell our teams that get RRP no bonus yet QVC still going and processors getting up to $7200 a yr in bonuses. Now possibly no merits. People have worked their tails off to get nothing. Yet hiring more people when inventory going down and by end of month be out of work. How does this make sense?!?!!

We got RRP, and QVC right away, followed by a 14 page PYT, then a C3DO and a great R2B2. US corporate dump

I think their finishing things up in the planning tool. Do not expect much of a raise and bonuses will likely be less on average. Another giving of crumbs to most lob's. Not sure about all of Optum. They do not care about anyone. Look for another company people. A private one if you can.
