It's all about working hard. Loyalty, dedication, patriotism toward the american corporation. Smile, shine, dance, wear a silly hat and maybe someday you can get that award with a smiley sticker, walk a plank, and sing the happy song with a bunch of debt ridden and brain washed losers

there's so many other place to work, maybe be a real estate agent. At least you'll be less slimy and disgusting than being a wage slave at that place. It's worse than being on a adult movie set...just gross, making money, profiteering off of the sick and the infirm. usa capitalism

They will ALWAYS ALWAYS, ALWAYS come up with endless reasons why you didn't get that bonus, raise, etc..etc...etc...it's all the same in the cesspool called US empire. It was a dump. 400yrs+ of nonsense /propaganda. Never a country, simply a business opportunity for billionaires, and we're just slaves in a cubicle, us corporate style. Bc doesnt matter what their race is, they still want what the US corporation is offering: greed, status, hustling, huckstering, power, etc....doesnt matter what they call themselves, male, woman, unknown, etc...it's theater yet keeps the masses sated

Optum's EXTREMELY diverse. Some blonde women have bangs; some don't. Others pull their hair back in a ponytail, while many go for a daring short bob. At any given moment, 40 percent of the headquarters workers are pregnant (or were, when they still had to go to the office). Why, there's some who didn't even go to "The U."

It's only the secret top floor, to which one must be invited, where the people 50+ end up; thankfully, they have their own heated garage with a private elevator – so there's no mixing with the masses. You go right from your home in Lake Minnetonka, to your desk – without even so much as a scarf! Their lunches are catered; life is but a dream. The whole setup would make the worker-bees barf.

Would you shut up about race. Everyone here is rank and file workers trying to keep jobs and actually get treated fairly for merit of our work. Were all different. Poc would still be rolling the bs policies and poor treatment to us who make this company run. Its only about green. Money and greed by leadership.

Here's the thing, Dave Wichmann is a big GOP supporter. He is the whitest of white men. He cares about diversity and inclusion only to the extent his messaging helps his corporate image. Little or no people of color in positions that have a P&L. Sure the head of diversity is a person of color, but the rest are pretty much white men.

Already looking but s—s to start over when you invested so much in a company and they hire new folks that should not be running any company. Too bad.

It comes to a point where I guess they win. You try to fight, but they have all the power. If you make waves, they will be far more brutal. Best to take your lashes and survive until you find a new job.

At best I plan to give as little notice as possible since I expect the company to give me no notice when they get rid of me like the rest of the older folks that have been here a while.

Yet, punish diversity for truly unique individual character traits like ambition, creativity, resilience, discipline, critical thinking, risk taking, persistence, goal setting, skills, passions, diligence, & courage to name a few.

They'll expect you to conform to their ways as they integrate your team in. Even though you have many years of business experience, they won't listen to your ideas and what you have to offer because they are the great and mighty UHG and they know all. You'll be safe for a few years then the hatchet comes down. Good luck!

that's how they do it. as if having lotsa "diversity" (theatre) will change the structure/DNA of that corporate septic tank. s-x based and racial hiring makes the company appear/give the illusion of that virtue signalling to the pc imbeciles. However it does not matter what s-x or race the person is , they want the $, greed, power, status, etc....and will NOT change a thing. More of nothing.
