I’ve been gone for a few months and sometimes I miss it. Then I remember how horrible leadership was, how they ran the company into the ground - and I thank my lucky stars I’m not there. My experience with Hertz has been good when it comes to my coworkers, but management - nothing worthy of noting. Does anyone else miss this place? Or was I just a glutton for punishment?

I think you miss your peers and your team as I did. So do waht I did recruit those great team members you had into your new company. I have brought on at least a dozen Hertz people to my new team.
