Frankly it is pretty common knowledge all managers are worthless at this point none of them are working there schedule the company pays for 50 hours they are not even working 40 they hide in the office because they can. They need to go to 1 fresh 1 merch no front end and the GM.

Most of you guys probably work in c-appy clubs. Our managers are outstanding. All work there schedules & more. They're never difficult to find because they're usually on the floor & working alongside hourly associates. We've got a great club & our managers are a huge reason why.
They are definitely going with less than 5 managers there is way to much overlap that is why managers are not working there schedule and hiding in offices they know there are leads in the building carrying keys. In our club they do not even call for a manager the call the leads first.
The merch leads run our club even when a Manager shows up you can't find one.
They'll likely never dip below 5 managers, pilots allowing Team Leads to run buildings during closed hours were unfavorable.
Lol totally different in my club. Our managers work well over 50 and are the hardest working people in our building.
Mangement at our club is a joke.. so much favoritism. Sit in office all day. Partied Christmas and New Year’s Eve while we all worked our butts off. No appreciation.
Hourly associate here. My Managers all work their hours and more. You realize Managers are people just like you and I? You will have good ones and bad ones, just like good and bad hourlies.
Manager here...ummm apply to this cushiony position :) stop complaining because you haven’t been capable of owning the title.
