Remember top21 actually calls for 4 straight quarters of a .60 operating ratio in 2021. 4th quarter 2020 doesn't matter. The report to watch is in april for the first quarter of 2021. This is the quarter you'll see the managmant cuts along with continued yard closures and sale of assets.
