Layoffs are coming after tax season...so likely in April\May\June ...probably in a few waves 😌

Not true!! TMO went through most of the layoffs last year. I think Frier’s arm got twisted. He never intended to go that deep with layoffs but Sievert made him do it. Either way, the company is better for it. We were to heavy.
Don’t tell anyone but I heard it from this guy who’s name I can’t remember, Jon frayer, fryer, fired! Just kidding! But please beware, if on a conf call they say everyone is safe, your not. Be ahead of the game, get your linked in updated and resume perfect. The job market is so so and unemployment doesn’t always come on time as it’s supposed to. Took 4 months to get.
My supervisor told me in confidence he has heard this (alot) and is looking for another position. There is absolutely going to be RIF. So many field managers they're literally bumping into each other.
I was told to look out come spring, I haven't heard anything as quickly as this month, though.
