Just found out that very soon, team members will only be allowed 10 minute breaks instead of 15. I guess that extra five minutes is really eating up time for a team member to get so much more work done. I am sure this will inspire already disgruntled workers to put in more effort.

Corporate couldn't care less about your happiness you go in do your job and make them money that's it. TMs are the ones that bring in all the money but the work gets done and sales are made regardless of your happiness. Just because WFM shovels out garbage emails and videos about how much you are appreciated and how essential you are they sure as hell dint treat the TMs that way. Spread the anger amongst your coworkers there will be push back from the ones that are the yes men of the company but who cares about them.
nickel and dimeing the labor time here...amazon crunched some numbers and thought they could add to some productivity with the 5minute loss....sure....but why dont they examine store processes and business flow during peak hours and off hours???? examine how many times team members are touching grocery product humping from truck to the shelves??? or produce dept with the cute stacked fruit that took time to build only to be destroyed in seconds by a picky customer taking fruit from bottom of the stack??? specialty cutting and cutting more cheeze???? how Astls do we need per store to stare at emails all day in an office instead of helping labor deprived teams???
Well, I can deal with it, switch to vape instead of rolling your own. Can't micro-dose in 10 min, you better call HR.
