I have been working here as a locomotive electrician for many years and lately I have started to think more seriously about a new job. The only thing that kept me here is that I really love my job as an electrician, so I didn’t even care much if they respected me enough or not and I was solidly paid. Now that I’m older, I’m starting to be bothered by some things that weren’t there before and I hope to find something better as soon as possible. What are some good alternatives?

2nd for PLC logic, EM2000 = PLC, Fire = HMI. go over ladder logic and get paid.
If you have any experience with logic controls there’s money to be made as an electrician right now
To even ask that question tells me you're not much of an Electrician.
Power company? Self employed as an electrical contractor?
