LOL! so many XOM id–ts think they are smart and top performers. I am willing to bet that you will never find another job and if you do, you’d rank in the bottom percentile at any other company. XOM employees are a joke.
Just straight of college kids that are molded to follow the XOM way.
I got my bonus in December. Now that all the useless fat has been trimmed there is plenty of money available for rewarding top performers.
In Singapore I got my 3 months additional bonus in December. Nothing wrong.. troll..
