We were told today we need to step up and work faster. We're already working like crazy and the car counts are high. They need to call some people back. We can't do any more. Forced overtime, lots of people off medical. Wtf

What union guys won't do their job?
So let me get this straight. Car counts are high and growing. They've laid off people and worked the sh– out of those left then they complain that we need to speed up? How bout you bring some people back and you'll have the people to handle the work.
Seems like a back door way to bring in contractors. The union guys won't do their job so this is what we have to do. Not saying I'm right, just a thought.
