They brought in the firing squad on the morning of 1/13/2020 filled with supervisors, 3 different HR reps (one being the director herself), and execs. They are Closing the sight and last day for all employees (Minus 1 particular department) will be July 16th 2020. They are offering severance to all currently employees at 1 week per year worked plus an additional 2 weeks added. Some departments get $5,000 to go with it while others don't. Severance will kick in after July 15th. They stressed today not to say anything to anyone and to keep everything on the downlow. 1 lucky department will be moved to Easton while the rest get to play violins on the sinking ship. This is a real slap in the face. They are also stressing nobody talk to the media lol.

8dpu+18TThpiw they gave the last date why is that hard for you to understand? We haven't hit July of 2021 so yes its still open but not for long.
2020 - all this happened last year -they still look open to me.
What happened in San Antonio?84
Well ya know it’s time to move on not the best place to work !
What department gets to stay?
San Antonio is NOT getting a bonus, WTF??!!!
It s—s for those employees but given the decline in mail volume I can't say I am surprised. Hate to lose the employees but at least they gave some notice this time instead of walking people out the door immediately like they have done in the past.
It’s $5,000 for everyone that works to the end date and it’s a 6 month notice plus severance. Get it right. That is a fair notice if you ask me.
