maintenance associates are usually lazy people. The ones at my club are always in the break room or driving the scrubbing machine. They refuse to let to automatic scrubbing machine run because it would mean they would actually have to clean while it's scrubbing.
No way they pay maintenance associates the same a front end leads and tbc leads.
Well the advantage coordinator is still making$12. They want these people gone but they are not cutting it yet. I know if the advantage coordinator wants more Monet they can apply for another job. Every job this resonates has applied for they get turned down.
I work in maintenance and don't think we deserve that much 15 yes 16 maybe for having to clean up actual c-ap 18 no way
I am not about giving these people raises, but seriously a couple of our are lazy lazy people.
Sure bud when pigs fly...don't get me wrong I like our maintenance. They help our club a lot but the job code has nothing to do with driving sales with anything that has a profit margin. Nice try tho
