"Layoff half of slc and you may actually see production improve. That place is festering with lazy, entitled boomers who take credit for the younger ones work. Don't believe me? Well, let me respond by saying that this chick can code in Python, is Microsoft certified and has extensive Excel and SAP experience, all while being over 50 in age. I'm not technically part of the 'Baby Boom' generation but I get your ignorant reference just the same.
I've never taken credit for anyone else's work. I lead, not follow, and can handle my work load (and usually others who need help) just fine. Sounds to me like there might be some shortcomings of your own that you need to deal with.

Layoff half of slc and you may actually see production improve. That place is festering with lazy, entitled boomers who take credit for the younger ones work. Don't believe me? Ask any boomer employee some basic outlook, excel or SAP questions and watch their head explode. Giant tumors needing to be removed. The company is sh– because of them and the smarter, more cable "millennials" are leaving by the truck load. Yall only got a few more years left, just retire now and enjoy your last days.

"Oh, God. Another snowflake who thinks they're worth six figures! How could L3 "owe" you this kind of money?
Just what exactly did you think a severance agreement was? If you signed it, then it is absolutely legal. (By the way, it's legal COUNSEL.)"

I love how the boomers always default to "you're a snowflake." You're probably one of the seniors who I had to overhear outside my cubicle last month having a 15 minute hissy fit about no more Christmas parties.

"DO NOT SIGN SEVERANCE AGREEMENTS
When you do discover what they've done is unlawful, you can't seek legal council. Don't let them buy you off with a few thousand when you're legally owed six figures"

"Yeah unlike the young kids we hire... one minute after their shift ends they are out the door to go home and spent the next twelve hours online gaming or just watching other people online gaming. When they're at work half the time they're bitter that they're not at Amazon or Google or someplace "cool" like their college roommate (can all these people really be working for tech giants?) and then they leave to go someplace else."

Well... I'm not a young kid and can tell you that the only people I see out the door early or one minute past their shift as you call it are the useless supervisors, directors and upper-level managers. You must have never had a real job if you think that the grass is greener at Amazon, quite frankly. Lots of people there are miserable too.

I am 100% sure none of the keyboard-commandos writing below are who they claim to be (boomer, millennial, genuine L3 employee, whatever...)

If you boomers spent your time working instead off gossiping and constantly worrying about layoffs

If you boomers spent your time working instead off gossiping and constantly worrying about layoffs maybe you wouldn't have to worry about them at all. L3 needs more layoffs. Half the people that work at this circus need to leave. It's amazing that people can come to work and do absolutely nothing. It makes it easy for the motivated people to leave. Be grateful you have a job you entitled cry babies because its obvious this company doesn't really care what you do. Be grateful you can sit your obese a– down and get paid just to sit there. You wouldn't last a week at any other job doing the bare minimum.

Some where over the rainbow yes it's true. Grab Toto and run or hunker down and deal with it. Lucky to be working as crazy as it is 2021.
