If you go to HR with a complaint you will be retaliated against and you WILL lose. Even more so if you made it to a jury trial UHG will hire an outside firm to lie, move people around and to go after you with a vengeance. I have witnessed this in my former department. Liars and cheats.

Is there anyone else who has witnessed that they are vindictive? The longer I am in this company, the more weird things I see and hear.
