I also got a small bonus also and was ranked a 3.
Ranked a 2. Bonus was so small I’m embarrassed to say it. Reason is in the title of this post.
There are bonuses and merit increases, depending on your group and rating. Bonuses may be somewhat lower than last year, but ymwv
