Not to Mention we’re helping, training Membership Specialist, cashiers an everybody else. Then we’re at the Membership Desk training other associates who just walked in making more money than us. I’m sick of this. Where is our raise???? HO Please advise !!!!

Position was eliminated. Went to Membership Representive and became a salaried position. Our Membership Rep is awesome and helps everyone
Job is gone in our club.
Ridiculous position. It's like a Plus Champ we had years ago. Outside Marketing is done.
Job gone
I stepped down and took the specialist position finely Today it’s the height pay besides meat market .The work I as doing was awesome I loved it !it made my day go by fast. But with the changes coming and everything is going digital and becoming Walmart/sams way .and More self check outs, you know what’s coming,! so this way I still will be training for a lead position in a different Dept did it especially before we get our little raise we get I will still be making more then I was .
What exactly is a "coach" at Sam's Club?
The ones getting left out of raises EVERYTIME , is people who have been there 10 + years ! I’ve been with my club 23 years and there’s people 1 year that makes more than me and know a whole hell of a lot less !
We have not had anyone in marketing for over a year now.
Marketing Lead will not be replaced. Instead you will go to Membership Representative. I sit an watch out Marketing Lead does everything. She knows more than anybody on the Front-end. They’re just using her.
This position is being eliminated.
I agree we need a raise
I think that the position will soon be eliminated. That is why they are not doing a wage increase.
Our marketing rep is a joke. Doesn’t do anything other than talk to all the coaches in the office. Talks down to and bullies the cashiers. Doesn’t train anyone. Just directs traffic and runs the GM.
