Market by Macy’s just seems like another fruitless plan much like story was a disaster. Story never worked cause you slapped a idea to a dying store. No one will go out of their way to check it out. Market is 20,000 square foot of the best of Macy’s. Which is just poor quality clothing , outdated design, and no direction. The ceo of Macy’s just tries to justify him doing “ new” things by these wasteful adventures. Story was a failure! Market will be no difference. Polaris is a fancy bane slapped on the same ideas of old. Tell tale sign it’s heading south is when commissions start going. Lord and Taylor pulled the same card. And within 1.5 years was toast. You drive out your talents trying to hold the line you have no business anymore. I’m sure many shoes and suit sales are going to start looking to get out if they can get another job.

JG is trying something new so he can slap his name on something noteworthy. But the real problem is, why create something “new” when you have a whole dying system of stores that you could reimagine and bring back to life.....
Well, at least Macy's keeps trying. Eventually something will "click". ...crossing fingers.
