Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Management needs to be held accountable

It seems lately like Exxon is a blind company that has no direction. The management only cares about one thing: themselves. For as long as their wallets keep getting filled, who gives a damn about the rest. Even if the company keeps failing. Why is there no penalty for the leaders who fail this miserably? Why do they get walk away with a golden parachute even after being such abject failures?

@ycl

Do you think EM would have thrived for so long despite mismanagement if it was not for the daily care for good and sound business by most employees, trying to do more than a decent job despite of the hurdles set by incompetent "leaders"?

I did, too. Until the day I was laid off.

EM management and employees are draining and wasting stockholders hard earned money. Is there"anyone" from the bottom to top who is actually caring about the company instead of trying to line their pockets all the time?
