@avs+18cKhLyz do you get anything for applying for voluntary layoff? I thought they came to you and asked if you would like to take voluntary layoff.
It looks like voluntary is mostly offered in Europe. That's based on reading this forum for the past week.
I'm in the US, and so far this year I've seen forced layoff with 30 or 90 day notice with 90 day severance.
When we went thru something like this before in the US, almost everyone who applied was approved. It took a 4th line manager to stop your approval
