Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Are scores on Glassdoor aggregated?

Does anybody know if the scores on Glassdoor for a CEO are aggregated or do they reset when a new CEO takes over? I noticed that Stankey has an approval rating of 58 percent and I can't believe so many people actually approve of what he's done since he took over - considering it's been one failure after another.

Depends on how you look at it.

Getting 58% on a test is an F. Not passing.

Stankey has an F-rating.

Glassdoor was decent in its earlier days ... 2010 was my first experience with it, I believe. Now, you visit the AT&T page and it looks like an internal HR page. I'd not be surprised if HR had an FT employee managing that space, prioritizing reviews, deleting/editing if they can. No longer useful.

as noted, those scores are BS. Read some of the "reviews" posted. These people sure don't work at the same company I do!

  • 58% most likely. despicable , arrogant, unlikable , disastrous decision maker

Really glassdoor is the last place to look for honest r views and ratings. It's heavily moderated a s seldom do you see a critical note their about anyone or a y company.

Take their "Rating" and subtract 50 from it thats probably closer to the real number.
